I have a suggestion...How about if a group of parents and riders pull together and get this place ready for the state race. Whoever lends a hand gets free gate fee for the entire weekend and free practice on Saturday.

| I've always liked racing there because I can keep up with faster guys that I can't usually run with! |

This is usually about the time of the week I get on here to put what days dad wants to practice. So no, Im not on here 24/7 like some. The State Race at GV is gone. And yes, many factors play into the condition of the track. 99% lie on the shoulders of the owner. I wont sit back anymore, make excuses, and take the heat for something that is not my fault. Feel free to e-mail him at dennisshrout@valleyspeedway.com (Although You may not expect a reply. I rarely get one) Im sorry guys, and on behalf of him. It sucks to have your name associated with a situation like that in MX. In short, NOBODY asked him to buy that place. He just did, and for what reason Im not sure....

I have a great idea, why don't you turn the whole track and promoting over to Jack Lambert. He lives close, has raced his whole life, has a fan group. The support of the riders. And he might just have the time it takes to run it. They could have practice every day, 10am-dark weather permitting. Sounds like a plan to me. What you say Jack. Your a legend dude. You could name it Jacks Track. :)
